The Omni Parker House Hotel

Concepts By Staib, Ltd. reopened Parker’s and The Last Hurrah in the OMNI Parker House Hotel in Boston, MA. Two years ago, President Walter Staib was responsible for the reconception of Parker’s, a project that encompassed interior design, tabletop and physical menu changes.
The Last Hurrah

Prior to reopening, Parker’s chefs participated in training exchanges, whereby they trained with Walter Staib and his Corporate Chef Peter Chan at the Concepts By Staib, Ltd. Corporate Kitchens at City Tavern in Philadelphia. During opening, chefs Staib and Chan were on hand at Parker’s to oversee the initial food production and create kitchen specifications and operational systems.
