Concepts By Staib, Ltd. was engaged to drive
the creation of the entire Food & Beverage
program at the OMNI Interlocken Hotel & Golf
Resort in Broomfield, CO, including three restaurants,
the Lobby Bar, Catering and Room Service. Meritage
is an exciting restaurant concept inspired by
the bold meritage wines, where Contemporary Colorado
Cuisine and big, rich wines are the focus.

casual steak house concept located
in the golf course club house. In
addition to driving the project
from conception to opening, Ltd.
conducted Front and Back of the
House training and created state-of-the-art
training and operations manuals
for all Food & Beverage outlets. |
