The
1895 Room
The 1895 Room is a recreation of the history
of the Holly Inn in every aspect: décor,
tabletop, menu and service. Of great importance
is the menu, which consists of unique gastronomic
masterpieces created by combining Northern,
Southern and Caribbean ingredients and culinary
techniques.

When Pinehurst Resort
& Country Club renovated and restored
the Holly Inn, a small, historical
boutique hotel, to the former grandeur
of 1895, Concepts By Staib, Ltd. was
engaged to provide conceptual, design
and culinary advice, as well as hands-on
Front and Back of the House training. |

Tabletop Grand Award for excellence
in tabletop design, as well as the
1999 FCSI Award for Excellence in
